im going as a pirate for Halloween, how should I do my make-up and what kind of shoes should I wear?
I'm going to a party, and it's supposed to be in the 60's on Halloween. I don't want much makeup, but how should I do it? Pictures would be greatly appreciated. I have some fabric black boots, but they're polka dot at the top? Should I wear those?
I'm only 15.
I had to dress as a pirate for an even not to long ago, I wore heavy eyeliner (ala Capt Jack Sparrow) and found some fake leather to make covers for my shoes that looked like boots with big cuffs. Put on black pants, a big blousy shirt, add a vest, and ouila, you're a pirate!
How should I do my make-up for Halloween. I am going to be a sexy devil.?
My costume is red and black and very sexy with red tail and red horns. Any suggestions?
You should do smokey eye shadow for your eyes, it'll look amazing. Of course the red lipstick is always a hit when your being a 'Sexy Devil', I would apply some lip gloss over the lipstick to bring out your lip's more. Also, I would mix some red glitter into the blush (don't over do it, just pour some in an mix it with the brush) apply to your cheek bones. I think the make-up will look amazing with this costume, from personal experience :).
With Halloween coming up I would like 2 buy a couple of voice changers. Do they make those?
With Halloween coming up I would like to buy a couple of voice changing devices, one for a sultry sexy, Mae West type voice & then one sorta like John Wayne. Do they make something like that & I would want an inexpensive one.
Check out the websites below. Never heard of voice changer for a Mae West and John Wayne voice.
Happy Halloween.

I am being a female pirate for Halloween. How do you think I should do my make-up??

My dad has to dress up for Halloween at work tomorrow, what should I make him be?
He waits till the night before to ask me to come out with a Halloween costume! He says I'm crafty and he'll be happy with whatever I come up with. He works at an office so it has to be something he can wear over his buissness-y clothes and he likes costumes that have a pun to them (last year he was a "cereal killer" with plastic knives through cereal boxes taped to his shirt and fake blood).
What should I make my dad for Halloween? Suggestions, please.
♥
He should be gum on the bottom of a shoe….wear all pink, and then have a shoe on top of your head. Or, grapes. Just have a bunch of purple (or green) balloons taped all over. Some pun costumes: Buccaneer- tape a 1 dollar bill on each ear (Buck-an-ear?!), Leaf-blower- wear a hat and tape a leaf onto it…when someone asks you what you are, blow on the leaf!,
Where to buy or how to make an up/down motorized prop for Halloween?
Halloween is around the corner and I want to make a simple prop that goes up and down slowly (maybe 5-10 pounds, maybe less). Is there an inexpensive way to acheive this? There are lots of spinning motors like this available for cheap: http://cgi.ebay.com/spinning-motor-hallo…
Instead of spinning I'd just like it to go up and down, preferably several feet. Someone suggested I buy a toy that already has the mechanism and take it out or reassemble it with my new decoration, but I can only find this: http://www.apogeekits.com/santa_claus_xm…
I don't think it will be strong enough for the weight but it is an example of what I'm trying to achieve. I think there are some "falling" Halloween props like spiders and bats also that use batteries, but I don't need something motion activated, etc. Something with a motor that I can plug would be better. Thanks.
If you have a BBQ motor that turns the kabobs really slow, instead of having a spit on it, (that's the rod that the kabobs go on), put a large wooden disk on the shaft, like maybe 12" in diameter. Then drill a 1/4" hole about 1/2" from the outer edge and glue in a short 1/4" dowel. As the motor turns slowly, the wooden dowel will rotate around in a big circle. Have the motor on the floor, another dowel at the top of the frame, tie a loose loop in a strong string, put it on the dowel on the disk, run the string over the top dowel and fasten you project to the string.
As the motor turns with the string on the dowel, it will cause the project to rise and fall. With a little ingenuity you can make your projects move up & down, side to side and diagonally.
To increase the travel use a larger disk.
Good luck and scare the bergeebers out of the kids
I am looking for make-up for skin similar to spray on tan in a can, but in Halloween colors?
Do you all know of any web sites or mail orders I can get something like this from. Even spray on foundations in a can would work. I could just buy alabaster or something very pale.
I am looking to be the most awesome zombie EVER this halloween.
THANKS!!
Sally Hansen makes an airbrush makeup you can spray on. But there is a mail order company that makes clown/ stage makeup called Ben Nye. They have tons of "theatrical" makeup and are reputable. They probably have something you need.
